{playing with random trinkets}

As a continuation of the last post, Mina and I thought it would be fun to share some more phoots from our day in Chinatown — of the sights instead of our clothes this time. Enjoy!

{dried shrimp in the market}

{checking out traditional Chinese women’s clothes / a Chinatown plaza’s sign}

{straw hats hang on a store’s display}

{a beautiful “ruby” lamp for sale}

{taking in the sights / a bust of Dr. Sun Yat Sen}

{can you believe the prices of these gorgeous blue and white ceramic pieces? think of all the decor possibilities!}

{a traditional umbrella’s design is shown in store}

{shopping for umbrellas!}

{showing Mina various Chinese herbs — she did not like the smell!}

{lanterns hang in Sun Yat Sen garden / discussing dried Chinese mushrooms}

{enjoying the sights and good company!}
