This amazing cape was my last significant purchase before the ban commenced. I haven’t felt this way about an article of clothing in a long time, but every time I put it on I feel instantly put together! Ever since I purchased this cape, I kind of feel like never wearing any other kind of outerwear ever again and want to stock up on them (after the ban, of course). Is anyone as infatuated with capes as I am??
And those of you who said you wanted to see more of my personal life… the last photo is a pretty good indication of that. In spite of the ensembles that make me seem all prim and proper… I am really kind of silly at heart. 🙂
P.S. Almost every element of this outfit has been re-worn from previous posts. Please refer to the links below if you want to see how!
P.P.S. I am looking forward to sitting down and replying to each and every one of your comments. I apologize for the delay!
Wearing: H&M leopard print cardi (last seen here), Zara cape, Love 21 skirt, tights from Japan, belt taken from Madison Marcus dress, Roberto Vianni boots (last seen here), Michael Kors sunnies (last seen here), Noir statement earrings (last seen here), Michael Kors Hamilton (last seen here)

You are so adorable, and I love what you’re wearing. The skirt is my favorite piece and I know I’ve seen that style elsewhere. I want one of my own in my closet <3

i am just as obssesed about capes as u are. mine is less of a the traditional cape because it actually has sleeves. otherwise it would be not very practical. so lets do the cape shoot soon.

That would be UBC, no? I SWEAR IT IS. Anyway, enough with the “let’s-find-out-where-all-other-bloggers-take-their-pictures” game and onto this stunning outfit. MAN THAT CAPE IS AMAZING. I definitely need to invest in one… maybe after my ban. MAYBE. Who knows. I say that and end up buying 10 capes. This is seriously so adorable though, the draping of that skirt with the leopard print is fantastic! Vancouver’s weather is driving me absolutely nutters with the rain and the wind and then the sun. WHAT IS THIS?! MOTHER NATURE MAKE UP YOUR MIND! <- angry child.

I find it amazing that you effortlessly know how to incorporate animal print in your outfits! I have to agree with you … love capes and capulets. I guess there is just something about that vintage homeage plus it does go with just about everything. My favorite in pairing it is with some great gloves!

I sooo want a cape. I’m worried it will swallow me up though, because I’m so small. You make it work though, so that’s inspiring!

Oh girl, you look absolutely elegant in this outfit (in ALL of your outfits, to be exact!) I love the mix of pink chiffon and leopard prints. It’s feminine yet fierce! And I’m seriously dying for a pair of shade like yours. The subtle cat-eye detail is driving me insane!! (in a good way…)
