There are two styles that I seem to always be drawn to: classic and feminine, and preppy with a slight hint of tomboy. This look clearly falls in the latter, with the trademark being the crisp, clean cut shirt. I love the no-frills simplicity of an oxford and how it is easily as versatile as a plain white t but a lot more put together.

  2. Ooo, I love the vibrant purples in this outfit! It really packs a punch of color in the outfit. Also this is the perfect mix of preppy and classic.

  3. The elements that you’ve mentionned in this post are exactly what I love about your style… It’s feminine, a bit preppy, ultimately simple and classic, and yet never ordinary. Your River Island sunglasses are really something, I love the unusual shape!

  7. I’m really curious as to why you almost always have photographers following you around. I mean no meanness in asking. I’m just super curious!

  8. This is a beautiful look on you! I love the contrast of dark and light colors!

And a thought on your last entry – reading and following different blogs have definitely landed me at the department stores (and Zara, of course!) more often than ever. I am really starting to think outside the box when it comes to my personal style, and finding ways to let my outfits be more creative, even at work. Now if only my wallet would cooperate …

    Cheers.
