{the classics: a new black halter bikini, chanel lotus rouge & gold bfrend bracelet}
Perhaps I had a little bit too much time to over think the last week, but for a good part of it I was pretty down in the dumps. Without going into too much detail, I’m very thankful that following a period of reflection, clarity often comes. Times like these also serve as a perfect reminder to give thanks in all circumstances, and of course to appreciate even the littlest of things… such as the bits of happiness in this post.

  1. I’m so glad to hear that you looked to the little things in life! Sometimes we just need a little reminder that even though there are days when life kind of sucks, there is just so many positive things in the world that makes it not worth dwelling on the negative thoughts.

  12. I too had a period of heavy reflection this summer, particularly about my future career. Although this may sound cliche, I discovered that it is what makes you happy and satisfied that counts, not what others expect of you. Thank you for sharing the lovely images :).
