When it comes to what I wear, I am definitely and unapologetically a creature of habit. Once I find a piece I really, really like, I have no qualms about getting it in more than one colour. I’ve shared about my love for these L’AGENCE jeans in black (here), and how they work so well for my pear-shaped body. Recently, I added them in this light vintage wash as well, and I think I may like these ones even more. It may be hard to believe, but I’ve actually never owned a pair of blue jeans I’ve felt wholly comfortable in before. Needless the say, these ones are making me want to pull out all of the “classic” looks that I’ve never really done… like this simple white button up and leather jacket combo.

Im almost the same height as you and also pear shaped. Could you tell me what size you got for this jean? My measurements are 63cm for waist and 86cm for butt, with thick thighs. Im really interested in this one but I can only buy it online.!Also, do you find it comfortable in summer heat?

Hi Ann,
I got them in size 25, which is what I typically wear in most brands of jeans. Your measurements are smaller than mine (the largest part of my hips are 92cm), so I think you might even be able to size down if you wanted to. They’re super stretchy and I have been wearing them in 20+ degree weather in Vancouver with no issues.
