Shopping for denim has always been one of my least favourite experiences. Because of the way I’m shaped, it’s proven difficult to find a pair that doesn’t gape at the waist while fitting me through the hip and leg. I’ve found my favourite premium denim brands, but had pretty much written off lower priced lines; my logic was that more specialized denim brands would mean higher quality and fits, right? Turns out I was wrong and this isn’t always true, as I recently found out with Old Navy. This pair has the perfect rise and stretchiness to it, the athletic inspired stripe on it make them fresh + on trend.

Old Navy has an amazing denim sale going on until August 29th, with styles starting at just $19. Perfect time to stock up! Wearing: Old Navy jeans (c/o), YesStyle blouse, Rebecca Minkoff bag (c/o Shopbop), J.Crew necklace (on sale!) and pumps

  1. Those jeans look great on you! I have difficulty finding jeans that really work for me. The ones that seem to fit me perfectly tend to stretch out after just one day of wearing them, and I’m forced to wash them to get the nice fit again. Have you experienced that with the Old Navys?

  2. Love those jeans! super cute and wouldn’t have guessed they were from old navy. I think I need to go and investigate their fit again!

  3. This outfit is so cute Jen! Love the details on the side! And that bag is gorgeous!

  4. Gorgeous, Jen! Those jeans fit you so well and the subtle tuxedo stripe adds just the right amount of extra style. Your hair looks amazing too!
