I’ll be the first to admit that fashion blogging can be stressful at times. Knowing that photos of my outfit are going to be permanently documented and posted for all to see makes me want to ensure that the look is visually interesting enough. Perhaps this makes me less stylish than the girl who doesn’t worry about these things, but I just want to be honest and transparent. Sometimes, though, I’m able to abandon those thoughts and slip into an outfit that just makes me feel good– nothing fancy, just a pretty & comfortable dress, bold shoes and a sprinkling of accessorizing for brunch and shopping with a girlfriend.
Wearing: 3.1 Phillip Lim dress (with added sash), Tory Burch flats, MICHAEL Michael Kors bag, Tom Ford sunnies

Perfect outfit! GAH I still NEED yellow shoes!
Sun flare! I love that.
It gives you the yellow color of youth sort of feel.
I never had such great yellow colored days when I was in my early 20s, probably because I was too concerned with dancing and partying, and less on being and looking put together. Something I totally envy about you.

I love seeing that sash from the yellow H&M dress pop up in so many different looks- you do some amazing things with it 🙂 And those bright yellow Revas are possibly my favourite pair yet, although they do have some tough competition with the bronze ones. Looking forward to meeting you on Sunday!

The Art Gallery is such a great place to take pictures… but I just now realized that I’ve never taken any there myself. I love that your flats are bright yellow – such a pick-me-up colour!
