Stripes and leopard are one of my favourite pattern mixing combos (as seen here and here). Although I’ve been accustomed to wearing the cat print alongside typical navy & white Breton stripes, throwing red into the mix seems to jazz up the classic pairing a bit. These photos were taken a while ago, back when it was still warm enough to wear nothing but a thin sweater comfortably. Unfortunately those days seem long gone, but I’m excited to be sharing some winter appropriate looks with you starting next week!

Wearing: H&M sweater, Zara skirt, Stuart Weitzman booties (c/o), Coach bangle, Joe Fresh bracelet
I love the striped top and gold watch/accessories in this post. I just stumbled upon your blog, and I adore it — you seem so sweet and genuine about fashion blogging. I’m a new follower, looking forward to more great photos! π

Adore the mix! The top’s colour really works so well with leopard. I’m still self consious about mixing patterns but learning to have fun every day. It looks so good.

So adorable as always Jen, I’ve considered mixing up red and white with leopard print, but I don’t own any red and white stripes. Sad. π
P.S. Are you just itching for it to snow or what?!
So pretty!

Bold stripes, circle skirt and leopard are definitely the way to go. I co sign this outfit, and hope you will it to me should any tragedy befall you. Just kidding. that was silly.
I basically am saying, I love it. I would steal it off your back because it’s so damn awesome.
But you already know I love leopard + stripes.
That’s a great shirt! I’ve been on the hunt for bold stripes in a skirt and a shirt and couldn’t find it. H&M at our store is totally pitiful and I don’t think there’s H&M in hawaii! π Makes me angry.

Gorgeous look as always, Jen! You have such a good eye for pairing different textures and patterns together.
Really interesting mix of textures and patterns; the second photograph is my favourite because the texture of the background adds to the overall effect (: Hope that your week has been alright so far!

you look great in A-line skirts. i also think your leg shape is so pretty in those tights. the striped pattern is nice and i like that they vary in width, so it’s stylish and avoids looking like a candy cane. amazing, jen!
