First off, I just want to say that you so much for the sweet comments! I was so excited to hit double digits in comments that my boyfriend and I did a little celebratory dance together. He feels just as much a part of this as I do since he is the one who takes all of my photos. My next goal is to learn some HTML and fix up my blog to make it more presentable to you wonderful people.

I have a love-hate relationship with this blazer. The love part comes from the fact that the allover lace detail is just so unbelievably awesome, and the hating has to do with the fact that it fits horribly! That’s why I’ve had it for a few months now and have really only worn it once or twice. In any case, I wanted to share it with you all just because I fell in love with it on the website before I put it on my own body.

The green ring was picked up at Forever 21 for a mere $6. Love that it adds a pop of colour to my otherwise neutral outfit. It was actually picked out by my dear boyfriend for an event that we went to recently: a friend’s birthday that was completely and full out FORMAL. I pulled out my old prom dress (worn 4 years ago, crazy!) for it. So fun! Here’s a photo from the night:

  1. That is such a beautiful blazer. And I love how you styled your outfit with it.

You and your BF are so perfect together. xoxo

PS… I normally do a maximum of 5 weddings in a month, that’s my choice. I don’t want to sacrifice the quality of my work over quantity. If I hit the maximum, I say NO to other clients.

  2. wow i love this! The outfit at the way top is my favorite with the blazer, pants, and heels. You have definitely pulled off a very classy and chic look.

  3. You and the bf look so cute together at the special events : ) Also I didn’t see that H&M dress in black, only the slightly sheer peachy color. It looks great on you!

I’ve never ordered from Asos because I’m afraid of the fit. Returns are so hard to do, plus their pricing isn’t cheap! You can’t tell in the pics that the blazer “fits horribly” as you put it. It looks chic on you!

PS – okay you’ve convinced me I need to start smiling in photos. Lol!
