It’s hard to believe that these photos were taken just a couple of weeks ago, when I was so sure that winter was over and that it was warming up for spring (sorry, I guess I jinxed us all). It seems almost silly to be posting them now that the temperatures here have once again dropped substantially, but I am seriously hoping that the warmth returns soon. Because while I don’t want to complain (and I’m thankful for clothes that keep me cozy), I have to admit that that I am sort of over the feeling of perpetually itchy, dry winter skin and layers of sweaters stuffed under a coat that can’t quite comfortably accommodate them all… you know what I mean?

Wearing: H&M blouse (old), Talula vest, Club Monaco skirt (old), Zara pumps (old), House of Harlow 1960 sunglasses, Loeffler Randall bag (c/o eLUXE – love this beautiful colour for springtime!), Nixon  watch (c/o), Coach rings

  2. I know exactly how you feel, Jen!
We’re getting the same cold blast here on the Island, and I’m praying for warmer weather asap – I’ve decided I’m not built for the cold.
I’m loving this outfit, and I can’t wait to use it as inspiration when the weather allows!
    Keep warm,

  3. Your colour palette here is sooo pretty, Jen!! And I love the lacey texture of the blouse with the satiny skirt, all topped off by your denim vest…a modern take on the boho trend!!

  5. I have to chuckle about “substantial drops” in temperature when you guys are still above zero. Vancouver might as well be the tropics! ha.

THat said, you look lovely in these photos – and that outfit is fantastic!
