If you’re anything like me, you excitedly share your latest fashion discoveries and wants with your boyfriend. It’s not with any hidden intention other than simply wanting share the latest bit of excitement in your life. I constantly blabber to mine about all things fashion and shopping related and I’m always sure he’s just zoning me out because really– what action film watching, gun-range loving manly man wants to hear about that?
But I am constantly surprised and reminded about just how attentive and wonderful he is. He recently went to Asia for a short vacation, and what did he bring back for me? Just in time for fall, he had picked out a beautiful tomato red trench: just what I had been looking for and telling him about. Without making you sick with my gushing, how lucky am I to have such a sweet and thoughtful boyfriend (and one with great taste, no less– check out those lapels!)?! Swoon.
Photos were taken before having a nice dinner with my family to celebrate me and my brother’s birthdays. We’re only a week apart (except he is two years older) so family dinner celebrations have always been done together. My birthday isn’t until the 13th but I am intending to take it easy this year… 22 isn’t too special of a number and I’m also not too happy about never getting to be 21 again haha!
P.S. I know my hair is awful… a bad experience at a new hairdresser is why I’ve been hesitant to post photos of myself as of late. But I’ll get over it… and post more this week

OMG my b-day is on the 13th too. and i am thinking of not celebarting it. i’m turning 24 though and I feel like inside i’m much younger than that age so I want to stop for a while at 23. but u know what maybe we should have a blogger meetup one of these days and celebrate our b-days super small blogger style! haha
