Every winter, I get a little wiser and more practical, and incrementally dress more appropriately for the weather. To help with this, knits and sweaters have been my best friends this year, and my collection has been growing steadily. This ombre number from Plenty has been a particular favourite: it not only has lovely detailing and a super cozy fabric blend, but the longer-in-the-back shape and drop shoulder make it the perfect casual layering piece.
Wearing: Monk & Lou sweater (c/o Plenty), YesStyle vest, Talula pants (via Aritzia), DVF pumps, Coach bag (c/o, same shape in a different colour here), Joe Fresh beanie, Clinique Chubby Stick in Plushest Punch

I’m glad I’m not the only one that thinks a furry vest looks good with just about everything!! Great combination with this ombré sweater…and those pink pumps are fab!! I love me a monochromatic look, but I think I need to start adding a pop of colour every once in a while, too; it’s just so cheerful!!
From the beanie to the faux fur vest, this outfit is very you.
Digging the layers.
