After spending a day and a half in London (and some bad jet lag – apologies for the tired face in these photos), we hopped on the train and took the two hour ride toward Manchester to visit the boohoo.com head offices. It was my first time in this city, and I – at the risk of sounding ignorant – honestly knew nothing about it aside from the fact that David Beckham used to play on their football team. I did know it would be beautiful, though, and I was right: although it was substantially colder than London and we didn’t have much time to explore, the architecture was amazing and it was evident that the city holds a plethora of hidden gems waiting to be discovered.

p.s. This Zara jacket is something that I can’t seem to stop wearing… it’s the only outerwear I brought with me to the UK and even now it’s hard not to reach for it every morning!
It does look a lovely city!
I am totally loving your dotted pants. They look perfect with those Phillip lim heels.
LOVE LOVE LOVE those shoes!
Your jacket is amazing – I don’t know if I mentioned that in person or not, but I definitely thought it! Such a standout piece! I definitely wish we got to explore more of Manchester… it wasn’t really until we went to Rosso’s that I got the feeling there was much prettier parts of the city to explore! Missing it all already! xo!
Zara makes the best jackets! I have a leather jacket from them and I LOVE it.

Ahhh, I’m loving everything about this outfit! The polka dots, the chunky heels, Black and White. I need to say that I’m pretty impressed how well you pull off that leather jacket since I’ve known through your outfits as the girlie gurl type! Well done! I need to try harder to find a leather jacket that will quit me then…
Cheers,
Shin
