Over the past few years, I have slowly but surely progressed in the process of defining my style. While many trends have come and gone, there are several which I’ve remained quite fond of; pattern mixing, colour blocking, and leopard in particular seem to have stolen my heart. Though I’m typically not a fan of too many trends being incorporated into one look, throwing all of these favourites into an outfit the other day just seemed like a fun thing to do – especially since I was feeling quite “blah” with my closet. Sure enough, it gave me some added wardrobe inspiration and definitely added a burst of happiness into my day!

p.s. I just wanted to say “thank you” to Elissa, who let me know that she had trouble pinning images from my blog. I’m in the process of fixing everything, but you can now pin the photos from this post. Thanks for your patience!

I just did a post a few days ago about how much I love blue and green paired together. This looks lovely!

This look has reminded me how much I want white jeans.
You look great! And not at all overly-trendy. Just, in my opinion, classic and chic.

Hey! I just want to let you know I love your outfit and tried to pin it because it’s so great, but the images came up as not allowing pins? Don’t know if its on purpose or not but I thought I’d let you know!

The pairing and mixing and matching of everything looks so good! I love the purple card contrasted with the green, and the cute bag! BTW, did you visit Minami the other week? I thought I saw you, but I didn’t want to be awkward and stare, wave… or hop!
Loved this look, Jen! And no wonder, since it was a mix of all your favourite things. Been wearing that blouse a ton lately, if only it were available in more colours now! Would stock up lol
Dare to mix trends did the job here, I think. The outfit looks chic.
Love that your not even aware of how many prints and colors are going on in this outfit- so effortless! Especially love the sweater
White jeans really evoke that summer feel and it makes for such a great base against the various colours and prints that you’ve got going on. Those sunglasses really are spectacular1

This is really pretty, Jen! The trends completely fit in with your sophisticated and ladylike style, and honestly, I think leopard print is a staple print that will never go out of fashion.
