Simple. Safe. No-fuss. If I were to use adjectives to describe my make up routine, those would be it. Not one for experimentation when it comes to this area, I’ve pretty much nailed down my beauty ritual to a five minute routine in the mornings and stick to that (save for a little red lipstick once in a while). Of course, it’s always important to be pushed out of your comfort zone once in a while, even when it comes to the trivial things. Alex, Alicia, and Erin I recently got together to put together a fun tutorial on how to incorporate the colour of the year – Radiant Orchid – into your make up routine for three different skin tones. I opted for a natural and subtle gloss, but there’s something for the more adventurous, as well! Click on over to The Everygirl today for the full feature!

  1. You ladies look beautiful! Jen, I’ve followed your blog (and Erin’s!) for a while now, and I appreciate how you keep things fresh and glam, yet still down-to-earth. It’s refreshing to go to this blog, and the Sparkle, and to see articles, etc, that are honest, fun, and truly authentic. Too many blogs are starting to feel sterile or lifeless, or just pretty but not substantive. You all manage to stay grounded and interesting. Thanks ladies!

  2. Love it! I love when someone else does my hair and makeup! If only it could happen daily . . .
