Getting caught in the rain is not often thought of as the most desirable situation to be in, but once in a while it can come as a blessing in disguise. A sudden downpour during a particularly busy day recently turned out to be the perfect excuse to slow down: I was treated to a good hour just sitting, reflecting and watching the rain with my matcha latte, and by the time the deluge let up I felt just as refreshed as the city streets.

Ooh, Jen, I love your pants, and love them even more with the shoes! Such a great pairing! And props for managing to take adorable outfit photos in the rain – I always get in the mindset that rainy days ruin blog photo sessions, but you’ve managed to completely turn it around! Love it!
i totally love it!

You got the amazing Joe Fresh orange soled heels! I fell in love with those as soon as I saw them, but of course they didn’t make their way to the Summerside location.
In any case, you’ve styled them beautifully!
That’s awesome!
Congrats and great job on the styling!
