Time to Recover

January 3, 2011

After ringing in the New Year feeling sick, my last 32 of 36 hours were literally spent either sleeping or in bed. In spite of the fact that it was completely unproductive, I must say that it felt absolutely amazing and that although I am still in the process of recovering (which explains why I look so drained in these photos), I can’t deny the incredible powers of simply getting lots of shuteye!

How did you spend your New Year?

Wearing: Zara cape and scarf, Club Monaco gloves, Joe Fresh tights, MICHAEL Michael Kors clutch, shoes from Hong Kong

Merry Christmas, Happy New Year, and speedy recovery, Jen!

I absolutely love that cape on you. I think it’s genius. I wish I could have gotten one… We don’t have a Zara here. Do you think they’re still in stock?

    Xx,

Well I don’t think you look drained at all, I think you look beautiful and that outfit is fantastic, very 50’s-esque. If it makes you feel any better I ended up in the ER after being attacked by a dog right after ringing in the new year around midnight and so my NYE was far from amazing too lol.

    Happy 2011 love!
